Events and Calendar
*Note: Events and Calendar is currently only available in Classes but will very soon be available in Groups and linkrs.
Events and Calendar allow managers and administrators to plan and schedule events, meetings, activities and assignments, so that members know what to do and when. Only members of a specific linkr, Group or Class can access its Events and Calendar tab.

Add a Google Meet link to your Event
Create an Event
To create a new Event, simply go to your Event or Calendar tab and click on the button "+ Add event" on the top left or directly click on the day you would like to schedule that event:
A window will instantly open for you to describe the event (only the title will be mandatory for the initial creation):
Once you're satisfied, click on "Add" at the bottom right of the "Add event" window and your event will appear in the calendar.
Please note that for convenience, the Calendar can be switched from "Month" to "Week", "Day" and "Agenda" view by using the menu at the top left (although that change won't be applied to your members):
The "Agenda" view will provide an overview of a week worth of Events in an easy to scan list format.
Edit or delete an Event
All admins and managers of a specific linkr, Group or Class can edit or delete any event from the Events and Calendar tab.
To edit or delete an Event, simply go to the Event or Calendar tab and click on the event you would like to edit or delete. A window will open allowing you to edit the information with specific action buttons depending on whether you would like to edit or delete the event:
Clicking outside the window or on "Cancel" will cancel the changes, clicking on "Save" will implement them and clicking on "Delete" will ask for a last confirmation before removing the event:
Add a Google Meet link to your Event
While you can add a link from any video conference platform like Microsoft Teams or Zoom in the location field, our Google Meet integration will allow you to do so in just a few clicks right from the "Add Event" window.
To add a Google Meet for your meeting, locate the specific "Google Meet link" in the middle of the form:
and click on the Google Meet icon:
This will direct you to the Google Meet main page where you will simply have to click on the New Meeting button:
Then select "Create a meeting for later"
This will create a Meeting room for your meeting and you will simply need to copy the URL of that room by clicking on the "Copy" icon on the right of the confirmation window:
You can then go back to Linkr and paste that URL in the Google Meet field and "Save" your changes:
